RETURNS

We want you to be thrilled with your Anuschka purchase and we are happy to offer free returns within the US to eligible customers within the return period.

For items purchased at full price-If within 30 days of purchase you wish to return your unused product, please contact Anuschka to request a return authorization. We are happy to accept items returned in new condition with all original packing materials for a full product refund.

For items purchased at sale price-If within 15 days of purchase you wish to return your unused item, please contact us for a return authorization.

Prior to returning any item, please contact us by emailing hello@anuschkaleather.com or by calling 866.403.1314 in the US, to obtain a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label within the US to eligible customers within the return period.

 

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Canada & International orders will not receive a prepaid return shipping label for returns. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning products to us. Please email us at hello@anuschkaleather.com, call us at 905-266-0625 in Canada, or 908-517-9138 outside Canada or the US to obtain a Return Authorization. Please see our Returns & Warranty Policy for more details.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

The Anuschka warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only. Damages caused by normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents are not covered under warranty.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid sales receipt.

For bags/ wallets purchased at full price, the warranty is 1 year from date of purchase.

For bags/ wallets purchased on sale, the warranty is 30 days from date of purchase.

For umbrellas purchased at full price, the warranty is 6 months from date of purchase.

For footwear purchased at full Price, the warranty is 60 days from date of purchase.

For footwear purchased on sale, warranty is 15 days from date of purchase. We do not accept returns of any worn footwear.

We will not refund or replace any used merchandise. Used merchandise is only eligible for repair.

Shoes once worn, may not be returned. If original packaging is missing, the item will be considered used and subject to our warranty policy.

We currently do not offer cleaning, re-painting or leather refurbishing services.

We are unable to repair extraordinary damages, such as slashing/holes in the leather or lining, water or chemical damage, or damage caused by misuse. Such circumstances void any existing warranty.


REPAIR

We will repair any manufacturing defects free of charge within the warranty period, with a valid sales receipt.

We will replace the bag/wallet only if it cannot be repaired and if it is within the warranty period.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do any repairs outside of the warranty period.


GENERAL POLICIES

A valid sales receipt is required to process all claims.

Please email hello@anuschkaleather.com or call us at 866.403.1314 within the US, 908.517.9138 outside US, or 905.266.0625 in Canada and ask for a Return Authorization.

Repair of an Anuschka product does not extend warranty.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Any return without a return authorization could cause delays or loss.
