1. US SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURNS
Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more are eligible for free UPS Ground service shipping to destinations in the US where UPS Ground shipping is available. This discount is automatically taken prior to processing your credit card and no promo code is necessary. Simply select UPS Ground as your shipping choice. In accordance with our return policy, a free UPS Ground shipping label for return service may be obtained by contacting customer service. This offer is not valid for international shipments.
We ship from Morristown, NJ. While we make every effort to ship your order within one to three business days, we cannot guarantee that orders will ship within one business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery and we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please contact our customer service team if you have questions about estimated shipping dates.
UPS delivery estimates are as follows:
UPS Ground: Delivery after 3-10 business days.
UPS 3-Day Select: Delivery after 3 business days in transit.
UPS Second Day Air: Delivery after 2 business days in transit.
UPS Next Day Air: Delivery after 1 business day in transit.

US RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
- We want you to be thrilled with your Anuschka purchase. If within 60 days of purchase you wish to exchange or return your unused item, you may do so when accompanied by the original proof of purchase and packaging.
- Prior to returning any item, please contact us by emailing email@example.com or by calling 866.403.1314 / 908.517.9138 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Any return without an RA Number will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.
- Once communication has been received requesting the return or exchange, we will provide a pre-paid shipping return label via email.
- If the item is damaged due to improper packaging by the customer, the damaged item will be returned to the customer and the RA will be void.

UNITED STATES APO, DPO, FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES, HAWAII, ALASKA & U.S.V.I.
Please note that orders sent to APO, DPO, FPO military addresses, Hawaii, Alaska and the US Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS and delivery may take up to three weeks.
Expedited options are available against fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
We are happy to offer international shipping across the world at an additional charge. At this time we do not offer shipping to China and India.
1. CANADA SHIPPING POLICY Flat Rate shipping fee of $10 on orders of $75 and up.
2. UK SHIPPING POLICY £3.99 for regular shipping via Royal Mail (3-5 business days tracked and signed). £5.99 for expedited shipping via Royal Mail (2 business days tracked and signed).
3. REST OF EU SHIPPING POLICY £10.00 per item or £15.00 up to a 2 kg parcel (7-10 working days).
4. AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING POLICY Flat Rate shipping fee of $25 on orders of $125 and up.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Since duties and taxes vary by country, we are unable to estimate the final cost. Only freight or shipping charges are included in the total shipping charge for each order. You will be contacted by the shipping service provider and you will be responsible for any duty and taxes prior to receiving the merchandise. Please check your countries duty and tax regulations by visiting your respective Customs department website.
All prices and shipping estimates shown at checkout are in US Dollars. International customers will receive a second email confirming their shipping charges in addition to the automated order confirmation from the website. Your card will not be charged till you have accepted the final amount.
