We take pride in the fact that most of our products are handmade by skilled traditional artisans in India, which means that each item is one-of-a-kind. Please keep in mind that due to the artisanal nature of our products, there may be slight variations in artwork, colors, and shading. Additionally, small imperfections and creases are a natural part of the crafting process and should be expected. These differences are a testament to the beauty and quality of our products.
The Anushka warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not extend to damages resulting from normal wear and tear, neglect, cuts, scrapes, or accidents. Please note that using cleaners, wipes, sanitizers, or sprays may cause damage and invalidate the warranty. To prevent scratching of our hand-painted leather products, we recommend avoiding contact with rough or sharp surfaces.
We highly recommend regular use of the Anuschka Leather Protector to help maintain the beauty of the hand-painted surface on your leather goods.
While we do not register products at Anuschka, please hold on to the original Anuschka hang tag and receipt during your warranty period, as a valid sale receipt or invoice is required for all warranty claims.
LEATHER GOODS & WANDERLUST COLLECTION
Anuschka or Anna Leather Collections, or items from the Wanderlust Collection, purchased at full price, come with a limited one-year warranty starting from the purchase date. However, if purchased at a discounted or sale price, the limited warranty is for six months from the purchase date.
Footwear: All Shoes or Rainboots are final sale and are guaranteed against manufacture’s defects for 30 days from date of purchase. Rainboots that become dry, brittle or discolored due to over-exposure to sunlight are not covered under warranty.
Umbrellas are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for 6 months from the purchase date.
Scarves, Plush Throws, Cuffs, Kimonos & Vanya Lara Jewelry carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects only.
Face Masks & Eye Masks: Due to hygiene and health issues, we do not offer returns or exchanges on face masks or eye masks. All sales are final.
**All products in the Anuschka Collections purchased on Last Chance, Final Sale, As Is, Clearance, or 40% or more off are warrantied against manufacture’s defects for 30 days from purchase date.
HOW TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM
Once you have verified your warranty. Please email us a couple of photos of your Anuschka item, focusing on the areas of concern. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, we will start the process and have the item assessed by our return specialist. We will respond within 3 business days. All claims are subject to inspection.
Along with your photos (required), please include the following items:
- A copy of your receipt with the date. (Photo or PDF)
- The style # & artwork or a photo of front & back of your product (e.g. 651-CLP)
- Your name, address & phone #
- (Handbags & Wallets only) The 5 digits # from the white tag sewn on the inside seam.
GENERAL POLICIES & REPAIRS
We will repair manufacturing defects for eligible handbags and wallets during the warranty period. All claims are subject to inspection. A valid sales receipt or invoice is always required. We will replace a defective handbag or wallet only if it cannot be repaired and is within the warranty period.
We do not offer repairs outside of the warranty period and we do not offer services for extraordinary damage, such as slashing/holes in the leather or lining, water or chemical damage, or damage caused by misuse.
It is the customer's responsibility to ship an item to us for repairs or replacement. Anuschka will cover all shipping expenses of the repaired or replaced item back to the customer. **Repair or replacement of an Anuschka product does not extend the original warranty.
All items must be purchased from an authorized retailer. This warranty extends only to the original owner and is not transferable to any ensuing purchaser or inheritor of the product.
We do not offer any restoration services, such as cleaning, re-painting, or leather refurbishing services.
