Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each item being unique. The artwork, colors and shading may vary slightly. Small imperfections and creases in the leather and painting are completely normal. Differences in color and feel are features of beautiful quality leather products and as the leather ages it will soften, acquire a patina, and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your leather products.
The Anushka warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only. Damages caused by normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents are not covered under the warranty. Due to the hand-painted surface of many of our leather goods, you should avoid rubbing the leather against rough or sharp surfaces to minimize scratching.
We highly recommend regular use of the Anuschka Leather Protector to help maintain the beauty of the hand-painted surface on your leather goods.
While we do not register products at Anuschka, please hold on to the original Anuschka hang tag and receipt during your warranty period, as a valid sale receipt or invoice is required for all warranty claims.
**All Anuschka or Anna products purchased on Last Chance, Final Sale, As Is, Clearance, or 40% or more off are warrantied against manufacture’s defects for 30 days from purchase date.
HANDBAGS & SMALL LEATHER GOODS
Handbags & wallets purchased at regular price are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase. Sale merchandise is warrantied for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Footwear: All Shoes or Rainboots are currently part of our Last Chance final sale and are guaranteed against manufacture’s defects for 30 days from date of purchase. Rainboots that become dry, brittle or discolored due to over-exposure to sunlight are not covered under warranty.
Umbrellas: 6 months against manufacturing defects only.
Scarves, Plush Throws, Cuffs, and Kimonos: 30 days against manufacturing defects only.
Face Masks & Eye Masks: Due to hygiene and health issues, we do not offer returns or exchanges on face masks or eye masks. All sales are final.
HOW TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM
Once you have verified your warranty. Please email us a couple of photos of your Anuschka item, focusing on the areas of concern. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, we will start the process and have the item assessed by our return specialist. We will respond within 3 business days. All claims are subject to inspection.
Along with your photos (required), please include the following items:
- A copy of your receipt with the date. (Photo or PDF)
- The style # & artwork or a photo of front & back of your product (e.g. 651-CLP)
- Your name, address & phone #
- (Handbags & Wallets only) The 5 digits # from the white tag sewn on the inside seam.
GENERAL POLICIES & REPAIRS
We will repair manufacturing defects for eligible handbags and wallets during the warranty period. All claims are subject to inspection. A valid sales receipt or invoice is always required. We will replace a defective handbag or wallet only if it cannot be repaired and is within the warranty period.
We do not offer repairs outside of the warranty period and we do not offer services for extraordinary damage, such as slashing/holes in the leather or lining, water or chemical damage, or damage caused by misuse.
It is the customer's responsibility to ship an item to us for repairs or replacement. Anuschka will cover all shipping expenses of the repaired or replaced item back to the customer. **Repair or replacement of an Anuschka product does not extend the original warranty.
All items must be purchased from an authorized retailer. This warranty extends only to the original owner and is not transferable to any ensuing purchaser or inheritor of the product.
We do not offer any restoration services, such as cleaning, re-painting, or leather refurbishing services.
