Return Policy

This policy applies to all of our brands: Anuschka, Anna by Anuschka, and Vanya Lara.

Standard Return Policy

We gladly accept return requests for regularly priced merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, all items must be new, unworn, and include original packaging, tags, and accessories.

For sale items and Vanya Lara jewelry, return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt. Final sale products are not eligible for return.

Before initiating a return, please note that our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India. Due to their hand-painted nature, variations in artwork, color, and minor imperfections in leather and painting are normal. Over time, the leather will develop a unique patina, enhancing its beauty.

Print-on-demand items (manufactured and shipped by Printify) are made to order and not eligible for return.

If you purchased your Anuschka product from another retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it within the eligible return period for a refund or store credit, then place a new order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Locate your Anuschkaleather.com order number (e.g., WBUS1211).
  2. Identify the item you wish to return (description or item number).
  3. Provide a brief reason for the return (e.g., too small).

Once approved, we will email you a return authorization, instructions, and a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible items).

Important Notes:

  • Returns & authorizations are processed Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM EST (excluding holidays).
  • Return authorizations and shipping labels are only sent via email.
  • A $7.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund for domestic returns.
  • Returns of oversized, home goods, or multiple items will incur a return fee between $9.99–$21.99.
  • Certain returns (e.g., final sale products) may only be refunded as an Anuschka Gift Card.

    We appreciate your support! Instead of a refund to your original payment method, you can opt for an Anuschka e-gift card and have your return fee waived.

    All returns should include a return authorization, original packaging materials, tags, and accessories for a refund/credit. Outbound shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable. 

    International Returns

    International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To request a return authorization, please email hello@anuschkaleather.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief reason.

    • Returns must include a return authorization and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
    • Returns without authorization may be delayed or lost.
    • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after receipt.
    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
