RETURN POLICY

These policies apply to all of our brands: Anuschka, Anna by Anuschka, and Vanya Lara (The Basu Group, Inc.).

Quick Returns Overview

We accept returns on most full-priced items within 30 days (15 days for sale items and Vanya Lara jewelry). Items must be new and include original packaging. Print-on-demand and final sale items are not eligible. U.S. customers can enjoy free returns when refunded to Anuschka Store Credit.

Standard Returns

  • Full-priced items: Return requests accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Sale items & Vanya Lara jewelry: Return requests accepted within 15 days.

  • Final sale items: Not eligible for return.

  • Items must be new, unworn, and include original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Please note: Our products are handcrafted by artisans in India. Variations in color, artwork, and minor imperfections are part of the charm of hand-painted leather. Over time, your piece will develop a unique patina.

Not eligible for return: Print-on-demand items (made and shipped by Printify®).

🎁 Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased after October 20th, 2025, as gifts may be returned through January 23rd, 2026.

To qualify, items must be purchased directly from Anuschkaleather.com, be unused, in original condition, and include original tags and packaging.

Please note:

  • Returns received by January 23rd, 2026, are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or an Anuschka Store Credit/eGift Card.

  • Returns received after January 23rd, 2026, will be subject to our standard return policy.

If you purchased your Anuschka product from another retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item within the eligible window for a refund or store credit, then place a new order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Locate your order number (e.g., WBUS1211).

  2. Identify the item you wish to return.

  3. Provide a brief reason for return (e.g., too small).

  4. Contact us through our return form, email us at hello@anuschkaleather.com, or call 866-403-1314.

Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label (eligible U.S. orders only).

Return Fees (Domestic)

  • Standard return fee: $7.99 deducted from refund.

  • Oversized/home goods/multiple items: $9.99–$21.99.

  • Certain returns may only be refunded to Store Credit/Anuschka Gift Card.

  • Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
