Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your Anuschkaleather.com purchase. If within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, you would like to return your new and unused product, please see How to start a Return below. 

We accept returns for unused sale items within 15 days of receiptAny Used or Final Sale items are not eligible for return.  

How to start a Return:  

The quickest way to start a return is to CLICK HERE, you may also email us at hello@anuschkaleather.com, or call us at 866-403-1314  

  • Include your Anuschkaleather.com order number (e.g. WBUS1211) 
  • The item you wish to return (description or item #) 
  • A brief reason why (e.g. too small)  
  • A Return Authorization, return instructions, and a return shipping label will be emailed to you  
  • Please note that return authorizations are processed M-F from 10-4 EST (excluding Holidays) 

**A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for US domestic returns during the return period. A $6.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if you are returning 3 or more items from your order, $9.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. 

We do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange your item, you may simply return your unused product within your return period for a refund and place a new order. Please feel free to call us at 866-403-1314 if your need assistance.  

Return Policy for Face Masks and Eye Masks. ****Due to COVID-19 and the nature of these masks being worn on the face, we do not offer returns or exchanges on face masks or eye masks.  All sales are final. 

Shoes or Rainboots once worn, may not be returned. If original packaging is missing, the item will be considered used and subject to our warranty policy. 

All products must be returned with a return authorization and include all original packaging materials for a full refund. Any return without a return authorization could cause delays or loss.  

Return processing usually takes 7-10 business days after the receipt of your package. You will be refunded the amount paid for the returned items to your original form of payment. **Please note that outbound shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  

If you have purchased your Anuschka product from another retailer, please contact them directly for any exchanges or returns.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

International orders will not receive a pre-paid return shipping label. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning products to Anuschka. Prior to returning any item, please email us at hello@anuschkaleather.com with your order #, the product you would like to return, and a brief reason why (e.g. too small), to obtain a Return Authorization. **See return details above. 

All products must be returned with a return authorization and include all original packaging materials for a full refund. Any return without a return authorization could cause delays or loss.
